2. Data collected
Through this site we collect the data you provide directly by filling in the forms (valuation, contact) or by contacting us via email/WhatsApp:
- Identification data: first name, last name
- Contact data: email, telephone number
- Property data: address, type, surface area, condition, any notes
- Content of the messages sent
We may also collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through server logs and technical cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to enquiries (consent and/or pre-contractual measures): answering questions, providing free valuations, arranging viewings.
- Performance of a contract: in the event of a sale or purchase mandate, managing the operation through to the final deed.
- Legal obligations: tax, anti-money-laundering and document retention obligations.
- Site security (legitimate interest): prevention of abuse and malfunctions.
4. Manner of processing
The data is processed using electronic and paper-based tools, lawfully, fairly and transparently, with security measures adequate to prevent unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure.
5. Recipients
The data is not disseminated. It may be communicated to:
- Professional collaborators (notaries, accountants, surveyors) strictly as required by the operation;
- Technical service providers (hosting, email, management software) as Data Processors;
- Public authorities where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the EU
The data is processed within the European Economic Area. Any transfers outside the EU (e.g. email services) only take place to entities that guarantee adequate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
7. Retention periods
- Enquiries that did not lead to an engagement: 12 months from the last contact.
- Clients with a signed mandate: 10 years from completion of the operation for tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
8. Rights of the data subject
Under articles 15-22 of the GDPR you can at any time:
- access your data;
- request rectification or erasure;
- restrict or object to the processing;
- receive the data in a structured format (portability);
- withdraw the consent given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the prior processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Provision of data
Providing the data is voluntary, but refusal to provide the data requested in the forms makes it impossible to follow up on the request.
